Upon completing checkout, please send us your photo(s) via email at Portraits@dexterspawprint.com along with your order number and Instagram name if applicable.

Once we begin the process of making your order, a proof of your portrait will be sent to you through email within two days. When you are satisfied with the proof, we shall print and send it to you. Digital version will be sent to you via email.

To ensure a good quality edit please use the following guidelines. Send Photo in the highest resolution. Please use original photos and not screen shots. Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting. Ensure the face is visible and at eye lever close up. No filters used on photo. If you have any further questions about the image you wish to use please don’t hesitate to contact us.
